Review:
This is a really good detox book, that can help you if you are struggling with how to get off sugar, and what can you substitute for sweetness and flavor. BUT having said that, the bad part is you will have to do a LOT of shopping for the ingredients you will need, like almond milk, chia seeds, sunflower seed butter, etc, that might not be so easily available where you live. There are recipes for adults and kids, so if you do need to get your child onto a healthier diet, there are recipes that will appeal to them too! Overall not a bad book, with plenty of pictures (but not for all recipes), and plenty of sound dieting/nutrition advice.
