Review:
I don't know about your family, but during the Summer we love to use the crock pot! It's so much easier, and cooler, to make dinner in the crockpot and not the oven! Plus if you put things together for a breakfast casserole, before you go to bed, the teens can get up in the am and have breakfast ready (and let YOU sleep in!). This is a good all around cookbook that gives you just that- recipes from breakfast thru dessert, utilizing the crockpot! This is also a good cookbook to have if you go camping with an RV or do residential vacations, as it can help you to prep meals ahead of time, that can be just dumped in the crockpot and ready when you get back from sight seeing! It would also be a great wedding gift, along with a large crockpot!
