While Southern things are taking a SEVER hit with the PC police right now, there is one thing that no one can argue about- Southern home cooking is TRUE comfort food! But with our 90 degree plus days with that 87% humidity, the LAST thing we want to do is to be tied to a hot oven or stop top for hours! Luckily our handy dandy air fryers CAN come to the rescue! Brittany and Pam have taken all the guesswork out of converting your fav recipes to cooking in the air fryer, AND given you some great recipes (seasoning and flour mixes, as well as condiments) that while new, will be new family favoritesl! We've only used a few of the recipes so far, but everything has been spot on, tasting just like grandma's, but with a lot less effort! If you love Southern cooking and have an air fryer, you need this cookbook!
