Synopsis:

Like adults, students of all ages struggle with how to manage their time. Encountering the necessity of time management for the first time, high schoolers juggle classes, extracurricular activities (all but mandatory for college admissions), jobs, internships, family responsibilities, and more. College brings even more freedom and less structure, making time management even more critical.

Brian Tracy’s Eat That Frog! has helped millions around the world get more done in less time. Now this life-changing global bestseller has been adapted to the specific needs of students. Tracy offers readers tips, tools, and techniques for structuring time, setting goals, staying on task (even when you’re not interested), dealing with stress, and developing the skills to achieve far more than you ever thought possible. This is the book that parents and teachers have long been wishing Tracy would write.

Review:

This is the updated edition of Brian's book from 2017, in case you were thinking you had seen it before! The concept is pretty simple- the frog is the worst thing you have to do for that day- the one you try to get away from, to hold off, to dread. What the book teaches is how to hurdle that frog FIRST, so that the rest of your day is easy peasy! Sounds simple, but how many of us find ourselves doing work late at night to catch up? Yup, your frog caught you up! And that leads to not achieving your goals! This book is great for high schoolers and coeds, to help them plan an attack and see how they need to achieve different things to reach those goals- how to take on the biggest frog and race to the finish. This is an easy to read book that they can implement strategies from immediately when they go back to school in the Spring, so really consider giving it as a Christmas present this year! We highly recommend it!
