The twenty-seventh entry in the #1 New York Times bestselling series isn’t just the biggest case of Stephanie Plum’s career. It’s the adventure of a lifetime.
Review:
Hard to believe it has been 25 years that I have been reading every Plum book with glee! Nothing has changed- I still love Stephanie's snarkiness and ability to blow up cars! It's a q weird quick for sure, but as the characters would all say, 'it's just Stephanie'. You would think about 27 books in the series, there would be nothing new, but JANET always knows how to add just a little something that makes each book new. In this case, it's a tag-along that offers a fresh look at the insanity of Stephanie's world! Add in some cryptic puzzles and an unlikely alliance, and you've got a roller-coaster read- seriously- I meant to read about a third of the book and go to sleep, and ended up reading the WHOLE thing to the early am hours! If you're a fan of the series, you'll LOVE this edition. If you're new to the series, it's a good place to get your feet wet, before going and reading the previous 26!
