Review:
More than just a craft book, this is also a parenting guide, cookbook and "i'm Bored' boredom buster!Mixing real-life stories (of both hits and misses), Kristin takes some tried and true kids craft ideas, and puts her own spin on them, making them fresh and new! Your kids will have fun looking through the book and pointing out all the things they want to make and do, all year long! The book is meant to help you ALL year long, not just in Summer (but hey if they're bored, let them make Christmas presents in July! LOL).
All the projects are very simple, and enough pictures are provided, to really help you instruct your kids, if you aren't very craft minded. This would be a great book for VBS as well, as there are many ideas, like sidewalk popsicle chalk, sunflower wreath, feather tree and cookie recipes, which can be adapted to your theme. Post Covid quarantine, families found togetherness a GOOD thing again, and this book helps you take items you alreayd HAVE and find ways to use them for great family time!
