Review:

This is a super cookbook for making up meals on the go, when camping, or for taking with you for a vacation rental (yes, when we can get back to those!)! Plus the recipes are SOOOOOO easy, you may find yourself making them during the week, when time is limited after carting the kids from from school to extracurriculars to home. She provides a great shopping list, so you can figure hw much you need for the meals- soooo helpful when you're planning a trip- with camping you don't want to haul anything more than you need to! This is a great book and with Christmas coming up before you know it, it be great to put in a new cooler, or new tent, for the avid camper this holiday season!
