Review:

This is what I would call the basics and a bit type of cookbook! meaning, the first chapter is about setting up a kitchen, basic ingredients to have on hand, and simple techniques. the n the recipes are divided into traditional cookbook sections. The recipes are very simple, and are coded at the top with pictograms of  appliances needed to make them. The recipes themselves are pretty simple, with pretty much all ingredients to be found at your local grocery store. They are simple but tasting, and this book sis perfect for those kids moving out on their own for the first time, besides the title mentioned guys in college, LOL. Overall it has some winners, like the recipe below, along with a lot of family favorites. I would suggest buying the book and adding in notes about how you change a recipe to make it 'how mom/dad makes it', as there is plenty of room on each page. It would not only be thoughtful, but a fun family hand me down!

Tip- you can freeze the egg white and use it later in another dish, or put it in the fridge, and use it in the morning, adding it to your scrambled eggs or omelet!
