Review:

There are old favorites and lots if new takes on old favorites in this book! I love how the recipes are beginner to pro, but really nothing much is above the normal baker! With amazing pictures to help you see what the end product should look like, a good 'how to use' cast iron front section, this book can take even the beginner to cast iron baking to amazing results! Highlights include the Artisan No-Knead bread,  Peppermint scones, and Maple Pecan rolls, for amazing holiday additions to your family get togethers! This is a cookbook though, that you will use YEAR round!

Add in a medium cast iron pan and a couple of fun utensils, and you have a holiday or hostess gift that keeps on giving with this book!
