Review:

It's hard cooking for JUST one person! Most recipes are made for a minimum of 4 servings, and that means, either having leftovers (which can be a good thing) that you have to eat the next day or freeze. but what if you don''t want leftovers? That's where this book comes in! While the recipes say for one person, some like the cookies, can easily go for 2 people.Making this a good book for roomates! The recipes are very simple and I LOVE that pictures are included, so it's easy to see what you should come up with. There are recipes for every meal and for snacks/desserts, and with simple ingredients, it's also perfect for the coed, living on their own for the first time! I love the simple monster cookie recipes, so that the teen can make a small batch of cookies for 'that time of the month', the honey butter biscuits are perfect for dinner or breakfast and the pretzel recipe may take a bit of time, but oh so worth it to make them at home! Don't miss out of using this cookbook for holiday giving this season- add a couple of baking utensils and ingredients, and you have a thoughtful gift, that keeps on giving!
