Review:

There is something in the fall and winter, that makes us run toward savory pieces, and this is the book that will let you take your normal recipes and amp them up, and find new ones to tempt your family. And you Will be tempted when you see the pictures that get your taste buds singing! The book starts with basic doughs and crusts to get you started, then gives you savory pie and turnover recipes, then moved on to little pies, tarts and gallettes, before moving on to quiches and their cousins, before getting to the familiar pot pies and and ends with cobblers, struedels and other wrapped goodies!  There are old favorites here that have little twists to them, and new takes on traditional recipes that thoroughly modernize them. this cookbook will be one our your new favs for the year!
