JILLIAN VOSE is the beverage director and managing partner at The Dead Rabbit in Lower Manhattan. She was named one of the top 4 Best American Bartenders for 2017 and 2018 in the Spirited Awards at Tales of the Cocktail. 

SEAN MULDOON is the co-founder and managing partner of the Dead Rabbit in New York City. Co-founder and managing partner. His next book,  When Whiskey Met Its Match , also comes out this Spring!

JACK McGARRY became internationally known for his extensive historically-based beverage programs.

 Born in Belfast, CONOR KELLY has worked variously as a journalist, translator, textbook editor, copywriter, and ghostwriter.
