 Review:

You know when you watch a Hallmark or Lifetime movie, you can pretty much guess the entire plot in the first 10 minutes, but the actors are just so charming, that you just cant stop watching? Yup, this is one of those movies! It has some of my fav actors in it, and its simple charm makes it a great date night movie, that will definitely have you HUNGRY while watching all the great food being prepared and coming onto the screen! It may not be a 5 star movie, but it just might make you rethink everything Kansas City has to offer, tourism wise, and helps to rethink the 'only in New York' train of thought, when it comes to fine dining. It's also an example of doing what seems easy might not be actually what YOUR soul truly needs, and just because you have the same DNA, it doesn't mean the same things excite you. Fun movie to watch with teens as well, we recommend it..

How to watch the Movie:

You can watch this movie for FREE on Netflix, or Pureflix,  if you have a subscription, or with commercials on Tubi for free!

Recipe:

The movie's main characters talk about their time in Austria, on vacation from their French cooking school. Here is a fun Austrian recipe that can be made as is for adults, or omit the rum soaked raisins, and add cranberries , ligonberries or even mini chocolate chips,, for whole family eating: Kaiserschmarrn (Scrambled Pancake)
