Review:

There are 24 books in this series, 8 deal with air fryers recipes, while others cover Nutribullet, Instapot and more. My daughter was thrilled when she saw this title pop up in our shared library, as she has been bugging me for easy recipes for the air fryer/ While using your normal recipes work, the COOKING time and TEMP can vary, and that is where this book is super helpful! While you may not be making a recipe in the book, you can alter your time, temp based on the similar recipes in the book. BUT warning, you WILL be making most of these recipes (or your teen /coed will!) In fact, if I was sending an air fryer off to the apt with my college bound kid, this book would be a MUST HAVE, as it covers everything from breakfast, lunch/dinner foods, snacks and desserts. AND the best part, most recipes use pantry staples. No hunting for exotic foods, unless you want them! if you have an airfryer definitely check out this book for summer cooking- it's just TOO hot to heat up the oven and house!

Recipe:

Here's a fun recipe! Change out potatoes for CARROTS and make a fun side dish or afternoon snack dish for the kids- they will LOVE it, as much as we did- so UNEXPECTED, and easy to make! Hint- we also like to add some dry ranch or Cajun seasoning to the bowl when mixing, for some added zing.
