Review:

If you can get through this book without wanting to run to the kitchen and cook at least 4 of the recipes, you'll have me beat! I'm still salivating over the Bacon Bourbon Ice Cream Crunch that looks like to took hours to make, but is deceptively simple and EASY to make! Deep fried onion rings will be the bomb at your next tailgator (ass some bacon bits for even more unami!). The Hazelnut Cremepuff Wreath is coming to our holiday table and the Caramel bacon bar to Sunday dinner (because, come on, bacon...caramel...who doesn't love them put together?). His flourless brownies are ideal when you need a cholocately snack made from pantry ingredients, and the No make oatmeal bars will take you made to grandma's house. It's a collection for everybody's tastes!

Big applause for a full color photo for EVERY recipe- so there are no questions what each dessert should look like. Also love the tidbits about the ingredients, recipe, or concepts on every recipe, for a more personal touch! And yes, this is an ADULT cooking book, so alcohol is used in the recipes- and for just about all that it is, it is a necessary ingredient for the flavor each one brings. So do keep that in mind. This is a fun book to have on hand for interesting and easy desserts to wow your family and a crowd, and makes a fun hostess gift during the holiday season!
