Review:

I had issues with the download of this book, and it never got resolved before the review was due. Soooo I can only base my review on the pages I could see, like the recipe above. The recipes I was able to review seem very spot on for at home versions, and in fact, your family may end up liking them better than the restaurant ones! This would be a great cookbook gift for someone who has had to cut back on the dining out, but loves restaurant dishes!
