Review:

This is a perfect book for parents and teens to read together. The author does a great job in  breaking down what makes ADHD brains different and why that can be a good thing, not a hinderage or hazard. He then offers different things that can help control some of the bad parts of the ADHD brain, and how to overcome them. Some can be as simple as using nature dophemine, exercise, to science, using medication. He does a great job in explaining that not every 'solution' is for every person, even ADHDers. He then offers types of jobs that make the most of the ADHD brain. It's not only a guide, but a book that gives those facing ADHD, not only hope but better understaning of themselves/their children.
