The author is know from her Insta and TikTok accounts, and her bite size moments of ADD cognitive behavior therapy. These have all been compiled into a book, with eye catching graphics/colors and diagrams, to help the younger generations easily get into the concepts within the book. If you are/have a child with Add, and been through cognitive behavior therapy, many of the concepts are familiar, but the author has a modern way of teaching them. There are a LOT of books out there right now dealing with ADD (which is a good thing), but many are teaching the same things, so it can be hard to figure out WHICH book you need, or more importantly, which book do you need RIGHT NOW. For what I've found with dealing with my daughter's ADD, we needed different therapy's and books, at different stages in her emotional and intellectual growth. I would call this book more aimed at adults with late onset diagnosis, due to the breakdown of the book of past, present, future issues. There is a lot of hands on advice, which is great, if it works for your type of ADD. I would suggest this book for those in their 20-30s, as I think it is aimed at and situated to their needs.About the Author:
