Part of the owner's commitment is their LOVE 41 mission- it's a simple ministry with far reaching effects, that got it's name from Psalm 41. Started in 2010, after owner Suzette Munson visited Rwanda, (and seeing the after affects of the 1994 Tutsi genocide), it's mission is to provide profits from her online business into the Africa New Life Ministries, for helping women with vocational training, providing daycare and helping orphaned and abandoned children, via sponsorships and scholarships. The Love 41 line features special gifts this holiday season, like their 2025 collectible leather bear, leather stars and a gorgeous Christmas wreath. I was able to select an item from the Love 41 line for review, and I was immediately drawn to the Large Magnetic Fold Over Bag in the gorgeous Dark Coffee color. 

This gorgeous everyday purse features a complimentary soft tan pigskin interior with sturdy key clip inside, exterior rear flat pocket, and adjustable straps with brass hardware, made to last (it has a 41 year warranty!!!). 

The bag features a super strong magnetic clasp that holds the fold over flap tight and there is enough room inside for my large wallet, phone, keys, glass case and lip gloss. Just what I need, and nothing I don't! And if I'm traveling, there is plenty of room for my Kindle or iPad, travel wallet, passport, maps/brochures/tickets and phone. It really is so versatile!

I love the hardware too- it's not your normal clip- these are made to HOLD, and yet are easier to take off, if you want to use the purse as a large clutch, or if you need to wrap strap through your belt while traveling and rehook it (safety first!).

I gotta admit, I'm in love with the color-it's the perfect match to a pair of leather clogs I recently purchased, making for a set that I can use/wear all year long.  Plus I've found that the brass hardware blends with whatever jewelry you are wearing so well!

Confession- I have not been the most careful with the purse, and it took a slide off of the table, with the cat on top of it, so it's got a small scratch already. But it's a bit of character and adds to the story of the bag. So I may buff it down a bit with some leather milk I have, or a may leave it...

I love the look it is getting, as with each use, the edges wear down a bit and you get the different color variations coming through the leather- how the dark coffee is taking on hints of red and tan is showing on edges- that is the true sign of quality tanned leather! 

The leather is getting softer and more relaxed with more use, and I can see how the bag will last for multiple generations- it reminds me of the leather pieces handed down to my mom, then myself, from my grandfather!

Da kid is already saying she might 'borrow it'- you know, teen speak for "it's gonna get 'lost' in my room",  (and yes, I said you'll inherit it, get your paws off!), LOL

Although she has her eye on their All in One Backpack as a gift for graduation, and I gotta agree, it's a solid piece to get her through her college years!
