This is a basic recipe very similar to one that my mother has used for years. Using challah bread really elevates the bread pudding and this is a great way to use up your leftovers even if it's just for a weeknight dinner  treat!

If you know nothing about challah bread this is the book to have! From taking the simple recipe and adding in different feelings to make bread that can serve as a meal, to breads you will use every day for different meals, to making dessert loaves. The author does a great job and giving you photos and helping you learn along the way different tips and tricks to make challah making easier. You may find this simple dough replacing your sourdough recipe as your go-to bread! Love that every recipe has a photo that clearly shows what it should look like. Perfect for a beginners to chefs alike this will be a great book to be giving as hostess presents this upcoming holiday season
