Murder at the Spirit Lounge cover
Synopsis:

When Dolores Chimes, a famous medium, arrives in Gore-on-Sea, even surly Detective Inspector Rideout is lured in by her promises of messages for the afterlife.

But after a reading goes disastrously wrong, Dolores loses her life—and the six sitters at the séance with her fall victim to supernatural deaths themselves in the days following the nightmare of a reading.

Determined to unveil the truth, Nora finds herself chasing a ghostly serial killer she believes to be responsible, before the sixth victim—Detective Rideout himself—perishes along with the others

Review:

This is book two of the series, following the events of the first book, Murder at Gulls Nest, and picks up a short time after the events in the previous book. Nora finds herself being an escort for her favorite detective to see the new medium in town due to her propensity for scanty attire. What she's not expecting is for Rideoutto attend seance at the medium's residence shortly thereafter. When the medium ends up dead during the seance suddenly Rideout needs her help even more to clear him from the possible suspect list. With everyone at the seance having kept secrets from the police it's a cat and mouse game with the suspect, to see if their secrets will stay safe and keep them alive. With shades of And Then There Were None, this omahe to Christie, is a page Turner that really helps you to get to know Nora and ride out better. Can't wait to see what the team gets up to next! If you haven't checked out this series, you need to!
