Review:

This is a basic learn about protein book, that takes you through the basics of how to find foods with high protein, and then basic recipes for them. For the most part what you'll find are basics that are slightly changed with ingredients that have higher protein. For example using Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, and in place of a different type of liquid or moisture within a recipe. For the most part the recipes are ones that your entire family will eat, as they won't really notice that much of a taste difference. Other ones like the carrot cake energy balls they might not be that thrilled with. However there are ones that will help you reach that elusive 100 g of protein per day. I would consider this a good starting book if you're on a high protein diet.
