Review
This book takes a little bit to gain its momentum, but when it does hit its stride you'll be reading late into the night. The mind is a very weird place as Ian's patients attest to. Through some flashbacks we learned that he left a skyrocketing career after a horrible accident that killed his girlfriend and left him in the hospital for a long period of time. Some would say he's just killing time, others would say he's still trying to recover himself. But when Alexandra comes into his life, pursuant to a body being discovered in front of his business, he knows his life is going to change, and not too sure if it too sure if it's for the better. As he tries to see her clinically, chaos keeps happening, and he's soon breaking his own rules to be with Alexandra. Is it obsession? Or is it something darker? The last third of the book will have you gripped and rapidly turning pages to find out what the true story is! This is the book you'll be telling your friends about!
