Review :

For Eve can't seem to win. She has the house of her dreams, she has boyfriend over dreams, but now she has a new boss who hates her, and a new sheriff who just wants to use her infamy to his benefit, while trying to get rid of her. It's a double bind she just can't win due to the secrets she and her partner are keeping. As an attack on the actress that plays her on the TV show, soon becomes apparent that she was the real target, she realizes someone wants to put her permanently out of the job. Add in a fire at the sheriff range, and she's soon needs help from an outside source. With her partner sidelined in the office she teams up with her favorite Fire Marshals, she solves not only the fire but the attacks on her. Add in a roller coaster ending and this is when you're going to be reading late into the night!
