Recipe:

Did you know you can make meatloaf in the air fryer? This is something we've been doing during the summer to save on heating up the house with the oven. But it actually works with any type of meatloaf, and this is a perfect example.

Review:

For some people on GLP-1s, a huge base issue is inflammation ALREADY in their body that can work against everything they are doing and making changes with, while on the medication. This book has some great recipes that can help you combat the inflammation, work well with the sensitive GLP stomachs and give you the protein and fiber that you need. Not on GLP-1 but fighting inflammation? Then either way, this is a good cookbook to start your journey with. The included recipes cover vegetarian and gluten-free needs as well, and for the most part, are made with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry or are buying. The recipes can also be altered if not to your taste (ie you don't like chili peppers), which is also a plus. We love using our air fryer, especially in the summer, and if you do too, you'll find some new recipes in hear that can really stretch out its use into fall and winter! Definitely recommend if you are on a anti-inflammatory diet!
