Country Kabobs
Ingredients
1/2 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard with seeds
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 green pepper, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 red pepper, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 large sweet onion, cut in1 inch cubes
24 cherry tomatoes (or use chunk pineapple- our choice!)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard with seeds
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 green pepper, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 red pepper, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 large sweet onion, cut in1 inch cubes
24 cherry tomatoes (or use chunk pineapple- our choice!)
Steps
Mix first four ingredients. Alternate
remaining ingredients on skewers Grill over a medium fire, while basting
with sauce until the chicken is cooked through. ENJOY over rice pilaf or saffron rice!
