Hello again and happy Mustard Monday!
As you know from last week's post, I LOVE the new Dean's Honey-Mustard Pretzel Dip!
I wanted to share with you a couple of great recipe ideas from Mom (she is the walking encyclopedia of quick and easy recipes- thanks Mom!), that are great for the upcoming holiday season, all using this super honey-mustard dip!
Mix the dip with preferred amount of the jam, to taste and then:
1.Use as a topping dip on a block of cream cheese . Serve with crackers or the tiny bread slices (usually found in your local supermarket deli)
2. Use as a topping for fried pork chops or baked pork loin
3. Use as a topping on your holiday ham- use in place of brown sugar or coca cola sauces.
4. Use as a topping on a Brie round. Bake ala Paula Dean in pastry or bake Brie at 500 degrees for 5 minutes, remove and top with sauce and heat for 2-3 minutes more. Serve with crackers or small bread slices.
Can you think of any other quick recipes????
