If there is one thing that Kiddo has become addicted to, it's aprons! She likes full size, top to bottom aprons. Generally I prefer half aprons, as being busty, it's hard to find aprons that fit well! Enter Jillie Willie Aprons!

Jillie Willie has the most adorable aprons in full and half types, in the most vibrant colors, that just make you want to wear them and get a cooking! All of the Jillie Willie products are a modern interpretation of an old idea, and idea that took root with founder Jill Grover, in 2006, when she retraced the steps of her ancestors. The first Jillie Willie apron "Handcart Girl" was designed by taking a ruffle from a pioneer apron and a ruffle from her mothers apron and merging yesterday and today together in a legacy of love, that transforms the old into the modern.

"There's something about aprons that conjures up unforgettable memories of days gone by, of mothers and kitchens," Grover said. Her line of aprons draws on the nostalgia and updates it with fresh colors, designs and fabric, and modern necessities, like pockets for cell phones. Well, you know us, we love nostalgia and traditions, so we were 'tickled pink' to review one of the Jillie Willie line of aprons!

We were sent the New Ada full size Apron to review. The bold floral print comes in toddler, child AND adult sizes! Made in the USA of 100% cotton, it has a button closure neck, a deep pocket in the front for cell phone, and cooking needs, a gorgeous ruffle on the bottom and a very generous waist tie! Having recently made aprons for Kiddo's birthday party, for me and her Godmother to wear, I can tell you that this is a very well made apron, and it will LAST for years!

The brand has stretched out form aprons and now includes Mollies (ruffled leggings) and capris, gathering bags, Do's (aka long scrafs that can be work as belts, head bands, or even scarves!), gloves, slippers, party books, and even housedresses!

Here's Mom's Guaranteed to Win "em Over Party Saltines!

Ingredients:

1 box of regular salted saltines (4 packs)

1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix

2 tbsp. cracked red pepper
1 1/2 cp oil (your choice of type)

2 gallon size ziploc type bags

Instructions:

1. In each of the 2 bags, add 1/2 the bag of seasonings, 1/2 the oil and 2 packs of the crackers. Note: once you make these for your family, you can judge if you need to reduce the amount of red pepper, we like them spicy!

2. Shake to mix and coast all the crackers.Let sit for 10 minutes, come back and reshake, try to place down on opposite side. Let sit 10 minutes.

3. You can now remove crackers and serve. OR if you want sublime crackers, let them sit in the bags at least 4-5 hours, or overnight and serve the next day. The seasonings intensify and the crackers are ADDICTIVE! You may find you need to make 6 packs, so you can have 2 for your family before and after the party!!

You can serve the crackers by themselves, or as an accompaniment to cheese or dips. Also works well with thinly sliced summer sausage!
