Yup it has been 90 days already!
Can you believe it?

The last 30 days I was back on the Creative Bioscience Afircan Mango 1200, and was very pleased with the results. Another 6 pounds lost! Woo hoo!
You can imagine my happiness when I HAD to go buy a pair of jeans for the parade last week,
as all of mine were falling off of my hips (!!), the ones from 6 years ago were all too heavy, and the ones from 7 1/2 years ago were just too snug to be walking that mile and a half in, and I had to go back out and get smaller sizes to try on. Can I get a YEAH?!!! I also found that brands that used to fit me, no longer looked good on me- I needed to switch to brands made for "normal" sizes. WOW!
As to the parade- we walked at a pretty clip and I was constantly bending down to grab throws out of the wagon for Miss Grace and at the end I was hot, but nowhere near tired. NOR was I sore the next day! Thank you African Mango 1200 for that extra energy-in fact I didn't wind down until after I got Miss Grace to bed! WHEW! Obviously the weight loss has helped too!
Having gone back to the African Mango 1200, I have to admit that I prefer it for weight loss over the Raspberry Kerotone Plus, that I used last month. I found I had more energy, seemed to burn more fat, and just over all felt more alert. Plus I was better able to control cravings.
