The pasta lover's heart can just about explode with the joy!

Meet the pasta products from  The Pasta Shoppe!

You may recognize their seasonal pastas, and maybe even their soups and chili pastas, from seeing them in your local boutique stores, or in a fundraising brochure! This family owned, Nashville based company, has been in business since 1994. They can now make over 250 different types of cut pasta shapes alone! They use 100% durum semolina flour and all-natural vegetable powders in all their pastas (except for the gluten-free), and are constantly adding to their lists of available pastas, like their petite pasta nests (a super light and airy angel hair pasta, which I haven't figured out the perfect sauce for yet)! Including adding a dessert line of meringues and cookies!

While Miss Grace is off whole wheat products, she was able to enjoy the gluten-free Taglioni pasta, which we used to make our Shrimp Pasta Toss last week! Doesn't that pasta just look too yummy for words? 

And it was!

So we've also been enjoying the other pasta on nights when Miss Grace is at her Dad's (no point making her sad, because she can't have it!)

Look at all the FUN shapes in the Down on the Farm mac n cheese mix: 

and I am happy to say that it is just as YUMMY as it looks!

Their Divine Meringues were pretty sweet, and as we've gone to a no sugar diet for Miss Grace, I opted to take them to work and share with the sweet tooths there!  Let me tell you, they pretty much got 'hoovered' as everyone couldn't have just one, they had to come back for two more! The melt in your mouth sweetness is just heaven;y!

I'm waiting for the next LSU game to make a great crawfish dish with the LSU pasta for game day! Nothing says fan spirit quite like Tiger Paw pasta! 

And speaking of spirits- their Halloween pasta is just too cute! I may make up a special lunch treat with it and send to school for Halloween day for Miss Grace's teachers! The other speciality cut shapes make for wonderful ways to surprise your kids at dinner time, with fun shapes and themes, to match their interests (ie soccer for the day of their winning soccer match!), and taste great!

Their soup and chilli pasta combos come with everything you need to start an amazing soup or pot of chili- you just add the veggies and meat! They are perfect for the upcoming Fall nights, when comfort food is the key to happiness!
