Review

As you can see the illustrations in this book are just lovely! They are bright and full of charm, that easily entrances younger kids to turning pages. You get 28 stories- 14 from the Old Testament, and 14 from the New. As you can see, they are perfect for family reading, or for young readers to read on their own.

The book is a lovely reminder that god's angels are always with us as well. The author lets us see how powerful these messengers from God are, and how they helped make the bible as we know it. If you have the Angels Devotional book, also from Zonderkidz, for older kids, this book book would be a lovely addition to it, for family scripture reading and discussion, Together they would be a great start to an eyeopening look at the bible! We highly recommend it! 

About the Author

Allia Zobel Nolan is an internationally-published author of over 200 children’s titles and adult trade titles. Her books reflect her two main passions, God and cats. Zobel Nolan lives and writes in Connecticut with her husband, Desmond Nolan and their two feline children.

About the Illustrator

Alida Massari is an Italian artist specializing in illustration for children. She has illustrated many books, collaborating with Italian, English, German, and American publishers. Her books have been translated in numerous countries. Massari was born in Rome where she studied art and illustration. Now she lives in a little Etruscan town, with her husband and daughter, Diana.
